What is the International Post-Graduate Stream?
This stream focuses on foreign nationals who have successfully graduated from an eligible BC institution to apply for permanent residency.
This stream is unique compared to other BC immigration streams as it does not require the applicant to have a job offer.

Which programs are eligible under this stream?
The foreign national must have graduated with a Master’s or PhD degree in any of the academic disciplines listed below. The following disciplines are categorized either as natural, applied or health sciences disciplines.
-agriculture, agriculture operations and related sciences
-biological and biomedical sciences
-computer and information sciences and support services
-engineering
-engineering technology and engineering-related fields
-health professions and related programs
-mathematics and statistics
-natural resources conservation
-physical sciences
