This stream focuses mainly on occupations which are high in demand within British Columbia.

BC Express Entry
If foreign national chooses to apply for this stream using the federal express entry system under the Federal Skilled Worker Program, then you must have an active express entry profile for expedited processing. You must also have a Job seeker validation code.
Foreign national must have two years of full-time work experience. The job offer and work experience occupation must be the same. For example, if foreign national has work experience as a teacher, then job offer must be for a teacher as well.
The foreign national must have a full-time job offer from a qualified BC employer with no definite end date. The job offer must be NOC skill level 0, A or B.
No, the job offer does not have to supported by LMIA. However, the job offer must meet the provincial government’s employer eligibility criteria.
Foreign national must meet the language requirement under the FSWP program if the applicant chooses to apply for PR using the express entry system which is CLB 7.
The employer must be established in British Columbia, offer full-time employment with no end-date, provide wage that is in line with the industry standards and the job offer must be signed.
