Consultation credit
Where a package states “Consultation Cost Deducted,” retaining MAK within 14 days of the consultation credits the eligible consultation fee toward that file, subject to the retainer terms.
Taxes & external costs
Published professional fees are fixed and in CAD. HST is added for clients in Canada. Clients outside Canada are not charged HST. Government, biometrics, third-party costs and separately quoted additional-family-member fees are separate.

Business immigration package scope. Where the selected program uses an Expression of Interest (EOI), registration or pre-application stage, the full-service package includes preparation of that stage. MAK also develops and drafts the business concept, business proposal or equivalent commercial narrative required at the EOI or initial selection stage, plus the invitation-stage provincial or territorial application and later business-performance, nomination and permanent-residence stages within the signed retainer scope. Yukon and the Northwest Territories use different initial-stage processes, so the applicable registration, pre-screening or initial application stage is included instead of describing it as an EOI.
Current program availability — verified September 28, 2026. Prince Edward Island business immigration is not offered on this fee schedule. Ontario's former Entrepreneur category is closed. Saskatchewan's Entrepreneur and Farm immigration pathways are permanently closed. Nunavut does not operate a Provincial Nominee Program. Québec business immigration is not listed because paid representation in Québec selection matters requires separate recognition by the Québec immigration ministry.
