Initial Consultation Agreement Between RCIC and Client

This Agreement applies to initial consultations with MAK Canadian Immigration Services. Your consultation will be with one of MAK's licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants: Omer Khalil, RCIC R710149, or Usman Khalil, RCIC R709592. The consultation is meant to understand your situation and provide immigration advice about your options, risks, timelines, fees, costs, and next steps. To give proper advice, we rely on the information you provide. Please share complete and truthful details. Missing or inaccurate information may affect the advice given. Our advice is based on Canadian immigration law and policy in effect on the date of the consultation. Future changes may affect future applications or outcomes. The consultation is for advice only. It does not create a full representation relationship. Application preparation, submission, or representation requires a separate written agreement. MAK Canadian Immigration Services and its RCICs do not guarantee approval, processing speed, or any specific outcome. Your information will be kept confidential and will only be shared with your consent, within MAK for consultation purposes, or where required by law. The consultation fee, HST, cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show terms are the terms shown at the time of booking. MAK's RCICs are regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. Concerns about professional conduct or competence may be submitted to the College through its complaints process. By completing the booking and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Initial Consultation Agreement.
