What is the International Post-Graduate Stream?
This stream focuses on foreign nationals who have successfully graduated from an eligible BC institution to apply for permanent residency.
This stream is unique compared to other BC immigration streams as it does not require the applicant to have a job offer.
What is the eligibility criteria?

The foreign national must have graduated with a Master’s or PhD degree in any of the academic disciplines listed below. The following disciplines are categorized either as natural, applied or health sciences disciplines.
