What is NorthWest Territories Express Entry Stream?
The Northwest Territories Express Entry Stream is for Express Entry candidates who have a job offer from a Northwest Territories employer and want to settle there permanently. This programme is a subset of the Northwest Territories Nominee Program (NTNP). Canadian permanent residence petitions are processed through NTNP Express Entry within 10 weeks for provincial nomination and 6 months for Express Entry if candidates match all criteria for the NTNP Skilled Worker stream and one of three federal economic streams.

Through Express Entry, there is no set time when people can apply for the Northwest Territories. For candidates to be looked at, they must have an Express Entry profile. After a legal job offer has been made, both the candidate and the employer must show proof that they are allowed to work.
