What is the IES Manitoba Career Employment Pathway?
This stream focuses on foreign nationals who are international graduates from a designated learning institute in Manitoba with a minimum of one year academic program AND are currently employed in an in-demand occupation.

Applicant must have completed an academic program within Manitoba at a post-secondary level which is minimum for one year in duration. Applicant must have graduated in the past 3 years PRIOR to submitting your application.
Job Offer
Applicant must have a full-time job offer from a Manitoba employer which is eligible and duration of the job offer must be for one year minimum. It must be for an occupation that is listed on the In-demand occupations list for a NOC 0,A, or B position. Secondly, the academic program in which the applicant has graduated must match the job offer occupation.
