What is the International Graduate Stream?
This provincial stream allows foreign nationals who have graduated from a Canadian designated learning institute within the last 3 years to apply for permanent residency in British Columbia.
What is the eligibility criteria?

BC Express Entry Profile
If foreign national chooses to apply for this stream using the federal express entry system under the Federal Skilled Worker Program, then you must have an active express entry profile for expedited processing. You must also have a Job seeker validation code.
Work Experience
Foreign national must have two years of full-time work experience. The job offer and work experience occupation must be the same. For example, if foreign national has work experience as a teacher, then job offer must be for a teacher as well. Also, the foreign national must have the educational qualification to perform the job.
Job Offer
The foreign national must have a full-time job offer from a qualified BC employer with no definite end date.
Job offers for NOC 0 (management occupations) are NOT eligible under this stream.
Does the job offer has to be supported by LMIA?
No, the job offer does not have to supported by LMIA. However, the job offer must meet the provincial government’s employer eligibility criteria.
What is the CLB requirement If I apply through federal express entry?
Foreign national must meet the language requirement under the FSWP program if the applicant chooses to apply for PR using the express entry system which is CLB 7.
