What is the difference between an RCIC and agent of RCIC?
An RCIC, or Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, is an approved and regulated immigration advisor who is a member in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. This college serves as the federal regulatory authority in Canada, overseeing and regulating immigration professionals. An RCIC, or Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, is given the responsibility of assessing, preparing, submitting, and representing you in your Canadian immigration application.
An agent is simply an individual or firm who is recruiting clients and referring them to the RCIC. An agent will earn commission on each service agreement signed
