This Initial Consultation Agreement is between Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Usman Khalil or Omer Khalil, the “RCIC,” Membership Numbers R709592 and R710149, respectively, and the Client. The purpose of this consultation session is to provide information on Canadian immigration options according to the profile of the applicant for this service. The immigration options discussed will align with the individual’s current profile and the current immigration laws of Canada.

If you sign up for our services within 14 days of your appointment, you can use the consultation fee towards credits.

The Province of Ontario’s applicable laws will govern the agreement.

Usman Khalil and Omer Khalil are members in good standing of CICC (College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants), formerly known as the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), and as such, they are subject to its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.

The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (the College) licenses and regulates Canadian immigration and citizenship consultants in the public interest.
