These are acquisition targets identified from the completed-request summaries. They are not presented as packages already possessed or reviewed by MAK.
The index is restricted to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada completed ATI records. Each candidate was reviewed at the Government of Canada record level and retained when it had reusable policy, operational, evidence, statistical or processing value. Similar requests were kept only where their scope was materially distinct.
Priority definitions: P1 = strong reusable national policy/operations evidence, unusually specific evidence gaps or high-value manuals/briefing material; P2 = useful but narrower, older, regional or specialized evidence; P3 = secondary or narrow statistical evidence with less reusable authority potential.
Package-status vocabulary: Indexed – package not yet requested; Requested – awaiting package; Received – not yet reviewed; Reviewed – findings added.
