Scarborough Office

How It Works
A clear path from your first local contact in Scarborough to RCIC-led Canadian immigration strategy.
Use the booking page and choose the Scarborough office so the meeting is scheduled at Suite 210 rather than the head office.
One sentence is enough. That sentence decides which licensed consultant takes the appointment and how much time is blocked out.
Meet a licensed RCIC in Suite 210, or online if you would rather not travel. Bring the documents as they are.
You are told what the rules require, where the weak points sit, and what the realistic options are.

Every file opened through the Scarborough office is handled by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. Two licensed consultants, two licence numbers, both verifiable on the College's free public register.

Co-founder of MAK Canadian Immigration Services and the default consultant of record on client files. Handles economic immigration, permanent residence strategy and complex or previously refused applications.

Co-owner of MAK Canadian Immigration Services. Handles temporary residence applications, family reunification and client education, including the firm's public guidance on Canadian immigration procedure.
Only a licensed RCIC, a Canadian lawyer in good standing or a Quebec notary may represent or advise you for a fee on a Canadian immigration matter. No consultant can guarantee an outcome. Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada decides every application.
Verify Before You Pay
Anyone can print a business card. Only a licensed representative can legally advise or represent you for a fee on a Canadian immigration application. Checking takes about two minutes and it is free.
Go to the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants public register. It is the only official source. Do not rely on a screenshot, a certificate photo or a third-party directory.
Enter the R number the consultant gave you. The record should return one person, with a name that matches the person you are actually dealing with.
The record must show the licence as active and the consultant as entitled to practise. Suspended, revoked or lapsed means they cannot take your file or your money.
Compare the firm name, address and phone on the register with the office you are sitting in and the account you are asked to pay. Mismatches are worth a question before any payment.
Licence status can change at any time. Verify on the day you engage a consultant rather than relying on a date printed on a website, including this one.
Our Licences
Both consultants at MAK Canadian Immigration Services are licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. Take the numbers below to the College register and confirm them yourself.
